Collins Aerospace is a leader in aerospace systems and services, and they are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst to join their Configuration and Data Management Department. The candidate will learn to be a Data Manager and will be involved in multiple mission-critical programs, experiencing all aspects of a product life cycle as part of a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

Read the statement of work/1423 forms

Understand the Integrated Master Schedule

Load submission schedule

Track/status/submit/close submissions and support program events

Learn Hardware and Software Configuration Management (HW/SW CM) skills to backup other team members

Required

The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Understanding of data/configuration management concepts

Ability to solve ad hoc issues

Ability to read statement of work, 1423 forms, integrated master schedule and work product management plan

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field

Preferred

Product Data Management Tool experience or ability to learn CM/DM processing tool Windchill Common PDM

Ability to obtain a security clearance
