Inside Sales/ Account Executive
Community Savings is focused on generating new business and maintaining relationships within the mortgage industry. The Wholesale Inside Account Executive is responsible for proactive sales outreach and delivering exceptional customer service to expand market share and achieve production goals.

Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 65 outbound calls daily to generate sales leads and cultivate new broker relationships
Identify, pursue, and onboard new broker and correspondent partners to increase market penetration and drive loan production
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by managing a robust pipeline of loans from origination through closing
Ensure all partner activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products, pricing, and underwriting guidelines, as well as competitor offerings and market trends
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in mortgage lending (wholesale preferred) or a similar sales role within the finance industry
Strong sales and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
Familiarity with wholesale lending products, rate sheets, and mortgage underwriting processes
Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite; experience with industry-specific platforms is a plus
