Responsibilities

Architect and execute Plaud AI’s enterprise-wide AI integration roadmap, connecting Finance, HR, Operations, and Product systems

Design and deploy scalable, secure, and compliant AI-driven workflows that enhance efficiency and decision-making

Lead data and systems integration, creating unified models for analytics, reporting, and automation

Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and deliver high-impact AI automation use cases that drive measurable business outcomes

Establish AI governance and best practices for responsible and efficient adoption across global teams

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

At least 5 years of experience working in global companies

High familiarity with global tool stacks such as Atlassian, Jira, Confluence, Notion, Oracle, etc

Engineering background with hands-on experience in AI initiatives in recent years

Comfortable working across time zones and collaborating asynchronously

Strong communication skills with empathy

Adaptive, collaborative, and proactive in driving outcomes
