Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership, direction, and vision for the development of the Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform, ensuring it is reliable, performant, and globally scalable
Mentor, coach, and develop senior engineers and emerging leaders to build a high-performing organization
Drive enhancements within the existing software architecture while envisioning and implementing long-term architectural improvements
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement across engineering teams
Define and articulate an ambitious AI-driven product vision for Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) platform
Develop and own the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer needs, business priorities, and Oracle’s broader product strategy
Collaborate with Oracle EHR, Oracle SaaS teams, Customer Success, and Performance & Stress teams to influence product development and platform enhancements
Stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and the competitive landscape to maintain Oracle’s leadership position
Champion a customer-first mindset, ensuring platform capabilities deliver measurable business value and improve customer outcomes
Act as the point of escalation for critical integration services, safeguarding service reliability for mission-critical customer workloads
Drive operational excellence through automation, scalability initiatives, and cross-team collaboration
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in hyper-scale cloud data platforms
Proven track record of building highly reliable, performant, and globally scalable services
Experience in providing strategic leadership, direction, and vision for platform development
Ability to mentor, coach, and develop senior engineers and emerging leaders
Experience in driving enhancements within existing software architecture
Ability to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
Experience in defining and articulating an ambitious AI-driven product vision
Ability to develop and own the long-term roadmap for AI features and capabilities
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product development
Ability to stay ahead of industry trends, AI advancements, and the competitive landscape

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
