Responsibilities
Lead performance improvement initiatives in the laboratory department
Ensure regulatory readiness (CLIA/CAP) compliance
Oversee budget stewardship and staffing development
Drive test menu growth and outreach collaboration
Mentor and support teams across Core Lab, Microbiology, Transfusion Services, Anatomic Pathology, Phlebotomy, and Point-of-Care Testing
Qualification
Required
High-impact leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting
Experience with advanced clinical laboratory technologies such as total lab automation, digital pathology, molecular diagnostics, and robust middleware analytics
Strong understanding of performance improvement and regulatory readiness (CLIA/CAP)
Budget stewardship experience
Staffing and development experience
Experience in test menu growth and outreach collaboration
Ability to mentor teams and advance patient-centered care
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams including physicians, technologists, and allied health professionals
