Responsibilities
Properly check guests/clients in and out in a welcoming manner
Proficiently answer/reroute phone calls and emails as appropriate
Maintain a clean and organized environment
Interact effectively and courteously with all levels of management and staff
Conducts purchasing and maintains copies of requests of program items, utilizes logs to track use of flex funds and incentive distribution to graduating clients
Process receipts for monthly expenses into Paper save system
With Director, support invoicing for therapeutic services
Enters client and programmatic information into program-specific databases and reviews and edits existing data files as appropriate. Assist in regular file audits
Assists in developing and implementing administrative policies and procedures to ensure compliance with agency and contract requirements
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and criminal history background check
Must have a valid CA driver's license, insurance, a reliable personal vehicle, and a willingness to travel off-site
Demonstrates the ability to handle stress tactfully and appropriately
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Bachelor's level education in the areas of Psychology, Social Work, or related field preferred
Bilingual preferred
