Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and secure appointments
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records
Communicate product benefits clearly to clients
Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving customer satisfaction
Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth
Process customer close-out procedures to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualification
Preferred
Proven experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred, with a strong understanding of inside sales processes
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients
