Responsibilities

Lead testing and qualification programs for temporary surface protection products tailored to customer applications
Partner with sales, marketing, product development, and operations to deliver best-in-class solutions
Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to internal teams and external customers
Design and execute lab simulations under varied environmental and performance conditions
Produce samples and prototypes to support customer deliverables
Analyze data trends and prepare reports/presentations for clients
Validate solutions using ASTM, Tappi, and customer-specific protocols in internal and external labs
Train partners on emerging solutions, sustainability practices, and industry trends

Required

Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology, Polymer Science, or Chemical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and a tactical mindset for driving product innovation
Proven ability in critical thinking, technical problem-solving, and quality inspection
Experience working in manufacturing and operations environments
Skilled communicator with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office and lab equipment software; familiarity with test software packages
Ability to occasionally lift up to 40 lbs
