The role involves providing IT Help Desk Support and working with various technologies and platforms related to network administration and low voltage systems.

Responsibilities
Looking for an individual to support a comprehensive low-voltage company and also be able to confidently fulfill (any or all of) demands for IT Help Desk Support
This includes working with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti products, Access Control/Intercom/Surveillance platforms, Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products, BRIVO, SALTO, VOIP, Intercoms and Eagle Eye, Hikvision, etc
Prior knowledge and experience with these products are essential for this position
Most work will be done in office but some site visits for installs may be required
This is an in-office position

Qualification
Required
Prior knowledge and experience with Sonicwall and Ubiquiti products
Experience with Access Control/Intercom/Surveillance platforms
Experience with Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft products
Experience with BRIVO, SALTO, VOIP, Intercoms, Eagle Eye, Hikvision
Proven skillset to learn the above noted platforms
