Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a team
Plans and establishes operational objectives for a team
Establish and maintain appropriate staffing needs
Assigns tasks, peer reviews and provides training
Plan, design, and execute integration and test procedures for sophisticated tooling systems
Perform system-level testing to ensure the integrated components function correctly
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve integration and testing issues
Design, develop, and implement custom tools to support integration and testing activities
Improve existing tooling solutions based on feedback and evolving testing needs
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of tooling solutions through rigorous testing and validation
Provide training and support to team members on the use of new and existing tools
Create detailed test plans, procedures, and reports documenting test activities and results
Ensure that all documentation follows established standards and guidelines
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in integration and testing techniques
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
Collaborate with the engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance

Preferred

Proven track record for problem solving and continuous improvement
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in ASME Y14 Drawing Standards Handbook
Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
Certification in relevant testing methodologies or tools
Experience and knowledge of manufacturing methods, specifically in composites, cables, metals and electronics
Experience with technical writing, specifically work instructions and process documentation
Experience with Power BI or data analytics
Experience/certification in lean practices; 5S, six sigma, etc
Proficiency in CAD software commonly used in tooling (e.g., Creo, Windchill, etc.)
