Responsibilities
Act as SME across CRM (Salesforce), sales enablement (Seismic), owning the technology roadmap for Distribution and other enterprise functions
Align priorities across stakeholders, vendors and Technology
Drive transparent decision-making and integrate stakeholder feedback through governance processes
Mentor the technology team supporting Enterprise stakeholders
Drive Agile ceremonies, resolve blockers, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration
Develop and manage resource allocation plans. Provide clear reporting on capacity, utilization, and variances to inform decisions across stakeholders
Conduct retrospectives and implement processes, tools, and workflow enhancements to improve delivery efficiency and team performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in STEM, Finance, or a related discipline
3- 7 years of combined experience in Product Management within Asset Management
Strong domain knowledge in Distribution
Proven experience managing enterprise vendor platforms such as Salesforce & Seismic
Expertise with Agile tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, or similar
Proficiency in data / quantitative analytics, business intelligence platforms, and general programming capabilities
Experience with data modelling & building solutions across cloud native landscape
Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus across diverse teams
