Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Zale's, Kay's banners, and other clients, ensuring a positive initial impression level setting expectations
Efficiently manage the SSW Appraisals voicemail queue and oversee correspondence between stores and Appraisers to address concerns or queries
Update and maintain accurate customer appraisal records in relevant databases
Monitor and manage stocks of appraisal collateral, ensuring critical supplies are always available
To ensure seamless operations, provide necessary support to colleagues and team members
Collaborate with Appraisers and other relevant parties to resolve issues promptly
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 2 years of experience in the jewelry industry is desirable
At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and comfortable with technology
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated organizational and leadership capabilities
Well acquainted with office management processes and fundamental accounting principles
Minimum education of a high school diploma
Preferred
A BSc/BA in office administration or a related field will be considered a plus
Accredited Jewelry Professional (AJP) certification will be an advantage
