Qualification
Required
5+ years of manufacturing aviation structures sheet metal mechanic experience
Ability to perform precision drilling and fastener installation with supervision
High School Diploma or GED
Basic knowledge of non-conformance tags and repair processes
Must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing English
Ability to lift/move up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
Frequent use of hands for various tasks
Standing, walking, reaching, and stooping regularly
Maintain steady hand-eye coordination
Reach in all directions and in potentially awkward positions
Effective communication skills and ability to hear
