Collaborate with leadership to create processes to implement company plans and strategies

Oversee daily operations with a focus on delivering consistent services, improving quality, improving customer response time, and improving customer satisfaction

Support growth initiatives including expanding sales opportunities with new and existing customers

Build, train, and maintain a team and create a positive work environment

Develop and implement systems, processes, and reporting tools to provide value added reporting

Partner with all departments to provide support and leadership towards a common goal of improving and growing the company

Required

Bachelors in Business or related

Experience in a similar role for a small to medium sized sales focused organization
