Oversee billing and cash application processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Partner with Customer Service, Project Management, and Credit/Collections teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies
Implement process improvements, maintain procedures, and analyze data for efficiency gains
Support internal and external audits with documentation and compliance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
10+ years of AR or related financial experience, with 5+ years in management
Strong knowledge of AR processes, billing, and cash application
Proficiency with large ERP systems
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience preferred
