Responsibilities

Support Trade Surveillance governance committees, report on remediation and modernization efforts, and enhance reporting across regional boards

Provide management with key updates on metrics, issues, and vendor performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define deliverables, timelines, and project plans for surveillance initiatives, including regulatory and technology-driven enhancements

Track and manage regulatory and audit findings to ensure timely resolution of all surveillance-related remediation efforts

Coordinate internal/external event reviews, conduct root cause analysis, identify risks/themes, and report findings to senior compliance leadership

Ensure Trade Surveillance procedures are accurate and updated in coordination with surveillance leads

Assist with regulatory inquiries and data requests related to Trade Surveillance activities

Prepare and deliver updates, summaries, and presentations for senior governance and board-level discussions

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the global surveillance function
