Responsibilities
With minimal oversight, plan, organize, and direct the completion of IT projects of medium and high complexity while ensuring projects are on time, on budget, and within scope
In collaboration with the Business Project Manager, define and document scope, requirements, and design
Define and monitor project schedules using project management software. Set and track project milestones; manage and account for unforeseen delays, realign schedules and expectations as needed
Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends to prepare status reports tailored to varying stakeholder groups. Prepare project data and metrics for reports to IT leadership
Track and manage technical delivery, organize cross-functional testing
Monitor and manage project budget, support project procurement processes
Coordinate post go-live support activities between deployment and closure
Provide verbal translation and facilitation in project meetings, both in-person and in remote meeting settings
Translate documents and communications as needed between Korean and English versions
Other limited duties within the team, as assigned
Qualification
Required
Min 4-8+ years of experience working as an IT Project Manager, independently managing medium and large scale cross-functional projects
Leadership skills, with the ability to prepare, inspire, and motivate a team towards project objectives
Excellent communication skills, at all levels of the organization. Experience presenting and facilitating, as well as tailoring communications for different audiences
Bilingual English & Korean, verbal and written
Experience in documentation, including functional or technical specifications, or process mapping
Outstanding organizational and administrative skills
A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or another relevant field
Understanding of IT fundamentals and major technology platforms
Experience working in a global delivery organization
Demonstrated experience using common project management software
Preferred
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
Experience with an enterprise ERP system
Analytic experience, in any discipline
