Responsibilities

Architect and execute integrated creative strategies that align with brand and business objectives
Lead PR strategy across digital, print, and experiential platforms, ensuring innovation and brand consistency
Partner with the Marketing Director to develop thought leadership programs and elevate the brand’s voice in the industry
Own the strategic direction and performance of key channels including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook
Guide paid media and publication advertising efforts in collaboration with agency partners to maximize reach and engagement
Shape creative direction for architect-focused campaigns and CEU program promotions
Lead the development of high-impact campaigns across email, social, web, and advertising platforms
Ensure creative excellence and timely execution by managing cross-functional collaboration and agency workflows
Maintain a high standard of brand storytelling and visual identity across all touchpoints

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
7+ years of B2B marketing experience

Strong background in managing agencies and driving creative excellence
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred

Working knowledge of Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), HubSpot, WordPress and Power BI
