Associate Post Processing Tech - Weekend shift

Globus Medical is dedicated to improving the quality of life for patients with musculoskeletal disorders. The Associate Post Processing Technician will operate various machines for product production, ensuring quality through assembly and inspection while adhering to compliance and best practices.

Responsibilities

Understands setup and final assembly instructions
Processes product through various processes to ensure the highest quality parts goes out the door
Follows the router protocol to ensure the product moves through channels efficiently
Follows standard applications in order to achieve dimensional integrity and required finish characteristics including repair and rework of parts
Works from drawings and work instructions to plan the finishing/assembly or re-work to be performed
Drives quality compliance by documenting results, and by using workmanship standards and 5S principles
Performs other duties as assigned
Adheres to the letter and spirit of the company Code of Conduct, the AdvaMed Code, MedTech Code, and all other company policies
Ensures Compliance with applicable governmental laws, rules, and regulations, both in the United States and internationally, by completing introductory and annual training and maintaining knowledge of compliance as it applies to your role
Represents the company in a professional manner and upholds the highest standards of ethical business practices and socially responsible conduct in all interactions with other employees, customers, suppliers, and other third parties

Required

Communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail oriented, with ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic understanding of MS Office software
Perform duties in compliance with applicable FDA and state regulations as well as standards including, but not limited to, ISO 13485
Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience
Requires High School diploma or equivalent
Required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Required to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Required to possess specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and capacity to adjust focus
