Senior Account Executive

RiffleCM is building an all-in-one platform for trade-service suppliers and installers, aiming to streamline processes in commercial construction. They are seeking a highly entrepreneurial Senior Account Executive to own the entire sales cycle and help shape the future of their sales engine.

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle sales: sourcing, outreach, discovery, demos, technical walkthroughs, proposals, and closes
Act as your own BDR by building targeted lists, aggressive prospecting, and developing repeatable outbound motion alongside marketing
Act as your own Sales Engineer by learning the product deeply, leading high-credibility demos, and translating workflows into relevant industry processes
Closely partner with Product to manage pilots, help gather requirements, and close the loop user-focused feature needs
Build accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility for leadership
Hit early revenue targets in a new, underserved market segment

Required

Highly entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in full-cycle sales: sourcing, outreach, discovery, demos, technical walkthroughs, proposals, and closes
Ability to build targeted lists and conduct aggressive prospecting
Experience developing repeatable outbound motion alongside marketing
Deep understanding of the product to lead high-credibility demos
Ability to translate workflows into relevant industry processes
Experience partnering with Product to manage pilots and gather requirements
Ability to build accurate forecasts and pipeline visibility
Proven track record of hitting revenue targets in a new market segment
