Leading consolidated accounting, reporting, and operational finance for a complex, multi-entity structure
Building scalable processes and controls across corporate and investment-level finance teams
Overseeing ERP and financial systems initiatives, with a hand in evaluating and implementing new tools
Partnering with the CFO on board and investor reporting, compliance, audit readiness, and risk
Coaching senior managers across multiple verticals and embedding consistency across the org
Qualification
Required
20+ years of progressive accounting experience in large, complex, multi-entity financial services firms
CPA required; experience presenting at board/audit level
Demonstrated ability to lead ERP/financial systems transformations
Comfortable managing senior-level talent and influencing across C-suite
Someone who thrives in hands-on leadership roles and wants to shape the long-term structure of a growing business
