Responsibilities

Will undertake, initially, a range of administrative and support tasks for the Large Caliber Ammunition Supply Chain department

Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors

Exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action. Build productive internal/external working relationships

Must be comfortable working autonomously and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment with changing deadlines

Recommend process improvements identified during the internship

May also support the documentation and updates of procedures or work instructions

Support team and follow ITAR, FAR, DFAR, CPSR process with the following:

Purchase order management

Track open req’s to ensure timely PO transition

Run supplier monthly reports

Run monthly cost savings reports

Run monthly reports as required

Maintain Supplier forecasts

Must be currently enrolled in related Business courses or be within 6 months of graduation
