The Business Analyst works closely with departmental leadership to identify best solutions to complex problems

Serves as a lead collaborator between clinical/business stakeholders and the IT department

Analyzes and provides key insights across multiple departments and functions in the organization

Provides key thought partnership to departmental staff and leaders

Analyzes business needs, gathers information, forms frameworks for conveying information, and leverages information technology systems to serve the business

Provides advanced business specific knowledge in support of the organization, structures ambiguous problems and takes action to solve them

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Healthcare or equivalent area of study, or equivalent work experience in lieu of specific education

Two years' experience in business analysis or related field

Proficient experience with Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand and adapt to changes

Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to prioritize multiple projects and objectives and work independently and with minimal supervision

Ability to communicate and collaborate with employees at all levels with clarity and confidence
