Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze reporting requirements
Translate business needs into clear and concise functional and technical specifications
Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvement
Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity and accuracy
Identify and resolve data quality issues
Develop and maintain data dictionaries and metadata
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management
Provide training and support to end-users on reporting tools and processes
Facilitate workshops and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
5+ years of experience in IT business analysis techniques, methodologies, and tools; we value depth of experience and transferable skills
Experience with SAP ERP & S/4 Hana systems
Experience with managing external vendors with accountability for their performance
Leadership experience in managing projects and guiding others in solving complex problems
Preferred
Familiarity with software development methodologies in a large global organization
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience with tools such as Salesforce eCommerce, Jira, SharePoint
Bi-lingual. (Korean)
