Responsibilities
Maintain minute books for public funds and affiliated companies
Manage up to 100 entities
Manage and track corporate organizational documents and ownership information, among others
Preparing, managing, and maintaining Nasdaq and state corporate filings (assisted by third party vendor and software platforms)
Prepare materials for board of directors’ meetings
Interface with collateral custodian regarding regular collateral reconciliation and documentation (with assistance of compliance and accounting)
Support Senior Compliance Officer in AML and OFAC searches
Supervise Corporate Paralegal
Qualification
Required
Five (5) plus years of corporate governance experience is required, including entity management from the portfolio side and custodial services
Must be self-starter, organized, and detail oriented
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or additional work experience
Corporate governance with multinational or public company and/or funds preferred
Compliance experience, such as with AML and OFAC, preferred
Supervisory experience a plus
Knowledge of Diligent Board Books software preferred
