Responsibilities
Direct several operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and recruiting
Ensure that we meet and exceed our merchant’s expectations
Manage performance KPIs, identify and track key metrics and plan continuous improvement efforts for your facility
Use data driven reports and analyses to identify avenues for continuous improvement and propose solutions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
Hire, train, coach and motivate team members in your facility; you will be responsible for setting the team’s goals and managing them
Establish, follow and enforce safety standards and procedures in compliance with a healthy work environment and legal requirements
Share knowledge with other locations and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs
Accountable for ensuring that all operational processes, including receiving, storage, handling, and shipping, maintain the safety, quality, and legality of products. Supports adherence to standard operating procedures and ensures timely escalation of any product-related issues

Qualification
Required
4+ years of leadership experience
Experience with safety procedures within a distribution center environment
Established track record of taking ownership and delivering results
Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma
Preferred
Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management or a related field
