Responsibilities
Design technical solutions that solve customer problems
Responsible for solution cost
Secures input from required stakeholders within the customer’s organization and adapts company solutions as necessary
Develops solutions with the customer, the sales team, in coordination with product management
Proactively assembles the technical solution required to address customer requirements
Prepares and delivers technical customer presentations and demonstrations articulately and confidently
Prepares technical solution description and feasibility studies
Analysis competitor solutions and provide vital input to our product teams to develop our solution further
Coordinates closely with offer management and engineering to align solution design with customers’ requirements and Frequentis standard offerings
Coordinates all information and project requirements to engineering and program management personnel for accurate implementation
Responds to tender documents, writes proposals, reports, white papers and other documents
Prioritizes efforts based on maximizing team productivity and profit
Contributes actively to the definition of new Frequentis product features
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Four year college degree from an accredited institution
At least 3 years of experience in similar role
Strong IT (hardware and software) technology background
Ability to learn array of company products, services and system architectures adequately to apply to customer goals and requirements
Excellent presentation and technical writing skills
Domestic and occasional international travel required
Prior domain knowledge
