Responsibilities
We are looking for individuals to play an integral role in growing our outsourced accounting practice
We serve a variety of clients across the country by performing their back office accounting functions
Simply put, our objective is to provide superior client service by executing at a level that meets Embark's lofty standards
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting and/or corporate accounting
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multitask
Preferred
Operational accounting & monthly close experience
Process and procedures documentation experience
Financial statement preparation experience
SEC filing exposure/experience
Experience in multiple general ledger systems (i.e., Quickbooks, Netsuite, Sage Intacct)
