Responsibilities

Lead CRM transformation programs within the healthcare sector

Advise clients on CRM best practices, strategy, and technology implementation

Collaborate with C-suite and senior stakeholders to define CRM roadmaps

Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless delivery of solutions

Drive business development through client engagements and strategic proposals

Stay updated on emerging CRM trends, particularly within SF and Veeva ecosystems

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge development within ZS

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, Healthcare Management, or related field

Strong understanding of healthcare industry dynamics and regulatory considerations

Proven track record in consulting firms like Accenture, Deloitte, or similar

Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills

Experience in managing large-scale digital transformation programs

Ability to drive business development and client acquisition efforts

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
