They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles, engage passive candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to build effective hiring strategies.

Responsibilities
Drive full-cycle recruitment for global roles - including coordinating, sourcing, screening, interviewing, providing feedback, and making offers across multiple regions
Create new and effective ways to engage passive candidates worldwide through sourcing, analytics, social media, and direct outreach
Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and build hiring strategies
Build, expand, and maintain a global candidates’ database to support ongoing hiring needs
Track and analyze recruitment pipeline metrics, conversion rates, sourcing effectiveness, and performance data on a regular basis
Represent the company at industry conferences, networking events, and professional meetups to expand talent pipelines and strengthen our employer brand
Participate in HR and recruitment projects aimed at scaling our international hiring operations
Qualification
Required
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in IT/digital/iGaming companies or recruitment agencies
Strong proficiency with ATS systems, sourcing tools, and candidate databases
Solid experience conducting competency-based interviews
Proven experience hiring across Europe
English - Upper- Intermediate
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Team-oriented approach to your work
Attention to details
Ability to work in a fast-paced changeable environment within short deadlines
Preferred
Experience in the iGaming industry (especially hiring for Affiliate, CRM, Retention, Media Buying, or Product roles) will be a strong plus
