Behavioral Health Therapist / Clinical Psychologist – Sexual Health

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients presenting with a wide range of sexual health concerns and diagnoses
Collaborate with patients on individualized treatment plans with specific goals and outcomes
Coordinate patient care and collaborate with primary care and specialty providers (e.g., OB-GYN, urology, pelvic floor physical therapy) via written and verbal communication
Provide sex therapy, utilizing multiple modalities and methods consistent with evidence-based practice, including specific and focused treatment protocols, when appropriate
Utilize progress monitoring and outcome measurement tools to assess benefits of sex therapy and change the treatment plan, if necessary

Required

Minimum – Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or other behavioral health related field
Minimum – 2 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Professional Counselor Upon Hire Required or
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Upon Hire Required
Certified Sex Therapist through the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors, and Therapists (AASECT) within 18 months Required
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
Minimum – Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) or Psychology (Psy.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology or related field
Licensure or eligible for licensure as a Psychologist in Wisconsin
Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required

Preferred

5 years of experience providing evidence-based treatment for a variety of behavioral health diagnoses for children, adolescents, or adults
Minimum – One (1) year of postdoctoral supervised clinical experience
