Responsibilities
Design & Implement Enterprise Data Architecture: Architect and implement scalable, reliable end-to-end data solutions using Azure/Microsoft Fabric services, covering data lakes, data warehouses, and ETL/ELT pipelines
Data Governance & Security: Establish strong DG frameworks, ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (using multiple tools)
Proven leadership in Data Strategy, Modernisation, BI, Analytics & AI
Proven experience in data & AI projects for insurance & financial services clients
Ability to lead distributed teams in complex matrix organisations
Proactive in managing Data & AI delivery challenges
Ability to work with delivery, pre-sales, and sales teams throughout deal pursuits
Qualification
Required
15 - 18 years in Data & AI services as an Account Lead
Strong client engagement skills to drive business outcomes & incremental account revenue
Excellent communication and storytelling abilities
Deep expertise in Azure, Fabric & Databricks as well as other niche Data & AI technologies
