Responsibilities
Serve as primary point of contact for all matters related to assigned cohort, whether system related or account related
Guide new clients and users through onboarding, user training, and early success milestones
Proactively monitor account activity/health to identify risks, trends, and opportunities for expansion
Document common questions and collaborate with Product and Technology to improve resources, workflows, and feature adoption
Serve as the go to expert on the AdvizorPro platform and help clients get the most value from each dataset and feature
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills and a client-first mindset
Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Experience in software, support, or operations
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Preferred
CS background preferred
