Responsibilities

Partner with business teams to develop AI use cases, requirements, specs, and user stories

Design, build, and configure AI solutions using Copilot Studio, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, Infor GenAI, and custom development

Integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and enterprise architecture

Promote AI adoption by training users, addressing concerns, and building AI awareness

Monitor and enhance deployed AI solutions for performance and effectiveness

Ensure compliance with privacy, security, data, and ethical standards

Create clear documentation and educate employee-owners on new AI tools and features
