Senior Manager, Talent Development & HR Business Partner – North America
Relate Search has partnered with a leading food and beverage organization to identify a Senior Manager to lead Talent Development and HR Business Partner initiatives across North America. The role involves shaping employee experience and driving talent strategies that support business growth across various functions.

Responsibilities
Partner with business leaders and HR teams to deliver talent development initiatives, including leadership programs, team development, and operational training
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner for central functions, supporting workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and employee relations
Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, leveraging survey insights and feedback
Coach and advise managers on talent strategies, team effectiveness, and leadership development
Implement and manage professional development programs and training solutions across the North America organization
Qualification
Required
7+ years of HR experience, with substantial experience in talent development and HR business partnering
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Education, Communication, or a related field
Proven experience in learning and development, performance management, succession planning, leadership coaching, and employee engagement
ability to travel regularly across multiple North American sites and occasional international travel
Preferred
advanced degree or relevant certifications
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or consumer products environments
