12+ years expMead & Hunt is a Top 100 national engineering/architecture consulting firm with a growing stormwater practice. They are seeking a Senior Stormwater Project Manager/Engineer to oversee stormwater design projects, manage client relationships, and mentor staff.

Responsibilities
Overseeing schedules and budgets for projects
Preparing or directing the preparation and modification of reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, environmental impact studies, permits and designs for projects
Maintaining client contact
Preparing scoping documents, pricing, fee estimates and marketing strategies for proposed projects
Performing QA/QC tasks
Mentoring less experienced staff
Attending client meetings
Visiting project sites to monitor progress and handle any construction administration issues
Mentoring staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil, environmental or water resources engineering from an accredited college or university
At least twelve (12) years of relevant stormwater experience
A PE license with the ability to obtain in FL within six (6) months
Preferred
Leading the design of stormwater projects
Project Management (scope, schedule and budget)
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to staff
Client management for municipal and county governments
Relevant software experience (SWMM, StormWise, etc.)
Business development (proposals, tracking opportunities, etc.)
Comfort signing and sealing documents
