Enterprise Account Manager
MentorcliQ is looking for an Enterprise Account Manager to be the primary point-of-contact for a portfolio of clients, driving long-term client satisfaction and retention. In this role, you will develop strong relationships with stakeholders and have a direct impact on client ROI through mentorship programs.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of global enterprise clients
Build strong, multi-level relationships across HR, L&D, DEI, and business leadership
Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with client business goals
Lead executive business reviews focused on outcomes and ROI
Partner with Customer Success to ensure program success and adoption
Identify risks early and implement plans to ensure satisfaction and renewals
Uncover and execute expansion opportunities across divisions and geographies
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing on account growth strategies
Manage renewal and expansion negotiations with executive stakeholders and procurement
Align internal teams around client goals, delivery, and roadmap priorities
Share client insights to inform product and strategy decisions
Act as the voice of the customer within MentorcliQ
Qualification
Required
3+ years of success in B2B enterprise or SaaS sales, consistently exceeding quarterly revenue goals
Proven success in managing a book of business and achieving retention and expansion targets
Strong executive presence and comfort engaging with CHROs, CLOs, and senior HR and procurement leaders
Experience driving account planning, renewal strategy, and multi-year partnership growth
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills
Analytical mindset with ability to translate business data into actionable insights
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Sales teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
