Responsibilities

Prepare recurring and non-recurring journal entries with appropriate supporting documentation

Perform balance sheet reconciliations, research variances, and assist with resolution of reconciling items

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes ensuring timeliness and accuracy

Support intercompany accounting activities, including settlements, reconciliations, and variance analysis

Support financial statement preparation, variance analysis, and internal reporting activities

Collaborate with global and regional accounting teams to ensure consistent and accurate application of accounting policies

Participate in process improvement and standardization initiatives within the R2R cycle

Support internal and external audit requests and documentation

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

1-3 years of relevant accounting experience

Foundational knowledge of US GAAP and general ledger accounting

Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

Effective communicator, eager to collaborate in a global team environment

Motivated self-starter with a curiosity for systems, automation, and process improvement

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Preferred

internships or corporate/public accounting preferred

familiarity with ERP and Blackline preferred
