Qualification
Required
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering Technology from an accredited college or university
5+ years of mechanical engineering experience (internship and professional experience included)
PE license is a strong plus; EIT certification preferred with plans on obtaining PE license in near future
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software
Experience with HVAC system design and analysis
Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
Strong ability to work well within a team, maintain a positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivate to produce high-quality work
Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and professional growth
Preferred
Experience leading projects, mentoring junior staff, and supporting proposals preferred
