As the Director of Organic Growth, you will be responsible for scaling the company's reach and impact through organic channels, leveraging SEO, social media, and community engagement to drive customer acquisition and retention.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive organic growth strategy aligned with company goals for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention

Identify and prioritize the highest ROI organic channels and growth opportunities

Collaborate with the Director of Content Marketing and Director of Paid Growth to ensure holistic marketing alignment

Oversee the SEO strategy, including keyword research, technical SEO, backlink acquisition, and content optimization

Partner with the content team to ensure all assets (blogs, videos, landing pages, and resources) are optimized for search intent and conversion

Continuously track performance and update strategies based on ranking data, CTRs, and engagement metrics

Lead the organic social media strategy across platforms (YouTube, X/Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram)

Build and scale Decentralized Masters' online community through engagement-driven campaigns and initiatives

Partner with thought leaders, influencers, and affiliates to expand reach through collaboration and earned media

Define and monitor KPIs such as organic traffic growth, conversion rates, engagement, and community expansion

Build dashboards and systems to track growth metrics and ROI across all organic channels

Run experiments (A/B tests, funnel optimizations, audience tests) to drive continuous improvement

Build and lead a multidisciplinary growth team spanning SEO specialists, social media strategists, community managers, and analysts

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, and education

Stay ahead of algorithm changes, new tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage
