New Grad, Entry LevelTroon is a leader in hospitality management, and they are seeking an Outside Service Supervisor for Colony West. The role involves supervising staff, promoting golf activities, and ensuring high-quality service for guests.
Responsibilities
Supervise, schedule and support outside service staff to ensure efficient and courteous service
Promote golf and club activities through positive interactions with Guests
Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive training programs to ensure staff are well-prepared and professional
Provide hands-on assistance to golfers, including loading bags, cleaning clubs, and preparing them for play
Ensure post-round services are delivered, such as club cleaning, cart check-in, and assistance to vehicles
Coordinate with other golf operations staff to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor and verify employee time reporting using the time management system to ensure accuracy and compliance
Respond professionally to Guest inquiries, including last-minute requests and changes
Qualification
Required
General knowledge of the golf game and ability to pass a basic assessment demonstrating golf knowledge
Outgoing and customer-first personality
Experience in one of the following types of jobs: Server, Waiter, Bartender, Hospitality, Customer Service, Golf Retail, General Retail, Landscaping, Sales, Valet, Firefighter, EMS personnel, Other Outdoor or Recreational Roles
