Hallcon Corporation is a mobility and infrastructure services company focused on turnkey solutions for various clients. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to monitor driver relations, coordinate passenger requests, and maintain communication with dispatch.

Responsibilities

Monitoring driver relations while providing service to commuter riders

Verifying and logging late arrivals

Coordinating and supporting all passenger requests

Communicating with dispatch on a regular basis regarding changes to normal activity

Completing daily logs of operational issues for record keeping and trend analysis purposes

Work flexible hours as required, including overtime during high volume seasons and holidays

Other duties as needed

Qualification

Customer service experienceMicrosoft Office SuiteStand long periodsCommunication skillsTeamwork

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required

Requires clean Driving Records

Good communication skills, ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy

Basic understanding and experience with computers and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong performer independently or in a team setting

Must be qualified to work in the United States

Must be able to stand for long periods of time while exposed to natural elements

Preferred

Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
