Responsibilities

Work in an AI/ML team supporting enterprise-wide automation, analytics, and insight initiatives

Coordinate technical delivery of AI solutions aligned to mission-specific use cases

Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning models for real-world application

Evaluate model performance and implement improvements based on user and system feedback

Analyze and preprocess large datasets for use in AI/ML pipelines

Deploy AI/ML models in secure, on-premises environments, ensuring performance and scalability

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and refine solutions for maximum impact

Use platforms such as Palantir Foundry and Microsoft Copilot to create actionable insights and automation tools

Draft documentation and provide guidance on AI usage to non-technical users

Required

Minimum of 3 years of experience working in AI/ML

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with AI/ML platforms such as Palantir Foundry, Microsoft Copilot, or similar enterprise tools

Experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience in model development, training, optimization, and deployment

Experience in preprocessing and analyzing large data sets

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and guide technical teams

Ability to define and document AI/ML use cases in coordination with stakeholders

Active DoD Secret clearance

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, Data Science, Information Systems, or Computer Science from an ABET-accredited or CAE-designated institution
