Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Typically 4-7 years of experience and 0-1 years of management experience
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail in reporting and performance metrics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
Preferred
Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
Experience in trading or brokerage preferred
