Responsibilities
Managing around 30-50 mid market-enterprise accounts
Meeting with clients several times/week
Answering customer inquiries as needed
Engaging in proactive outreach
Identifying upselling and renewal opportunities and handing them off to AEs
Qualification
Required
CSM w/ Experience in Legal Tech
Experience in LegalTech and/or Document Control
Willing to travel around 30% of the time to visit clients
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
