Responsibilities
Evaluating the manufacturability of customer designs
Completing quotes
Developing manufacturing documentation including drawings and travelers
Working with the manufacturing team to resolve any issues
Analyzing customer bills of materials
Assisting the procurement department in sourcing components or alternates
Developing clear and effective manufacturing documentation
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards and enhance overall production performance
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes, Manufacturing Engineering, and implementing production efficiencies
Ability and desire to work on a wide-ranging number of projects, from simple to complex
Ability to distill complex design data into concise manufacturing information
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Experience in the cable assembly or manufacturing industry
Preferred
Familiarity with ISO9001:2015 and AS9100D standards
