Solar Technical Sales Manager
BBB Industries, LLC is seeking a driven and results-oriented Technical Sales Manager to actively execute sales efforts within their solar distribution and sustainable manufacturing operations. This role combines technical expertise with direct sales execution and customer support, focusing on tailored solutions to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across commercial, industrial, and utility-scale segments for both trading and Lifecycle products
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Work with in-house teams (purchasing, operations, management) to ensure order completion and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate CRM records by updating customer records on outreach and quoting
Provide regular updates on market activity, customer feedback, and competitive positioning
Report accurate forecast on sales pipeline and opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with EPCs, installers, developers, and distributors
Qualification
Required
3–5 years of experience in solar sales, technical sales, design and engineering background
Strong understanding of solar PV systems, components, and installation practices
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Comfortable with speaking and presenting to clients and sales team
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
