This position involves working with Promotional Product Distributors and supporting external Sales Representatives, providing a good learning experience for newcomers.

Responsibilities
Support all internal needs for the Golf division by working with management, sales team members, direct clients, and external representatives
Responsible to work a call center answering inquiries, placing orders, providing ship status, processing RMA returns and credits
The CSR will work hand in hand with internal departments to support full order management
Candidates must be able to multi-task and should be highly organized due to the fast paced work environment
Qualification
Required
Energetic and self-motivated
Passion for providing excellent Customer Service
Ability to support the Golf Apparel division
Ability to work with Promotional Product Distributors and external Sales Representatives
Flexible schedule to operate and service East and West Coast, Monday - Friday
Onsite position 5 days a week
Ability to work in a call center answering inquiries, placing orders, providing ship status, processing RMA returns and credits
Ability to work hand in hand with internal departments to support full order management
Ability to multi-task
Highly organized due to the fast-paced work environment
