Responsibilities

Work directly with a Principal to turn strategic concepts into production systems using Python, LLMs, and new architectures

Help deploy workflows across portfolio companies after they are established

Required

1-3 years experience in a technical role (engineering, technical PM, data analytics, or startup operations)

Python or other scripting language fundamentals with experience writing scripts for data processing and API integrations

Familiarity with workflow automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or willingness to learn quickly

Comfortable working with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and debugging integration issues

Basic understanding of LLMs and prompt engineering concepts

GitHub with actual projects (not just coursework) demonstrating practical problem-solving

Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions without hand-holding

Comfortable with ambiguity—we're building new systems, not maintaining established ones
