15+ years expMegazone Cloud is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to own and drive our most complex, large-scale data center and cloud migration strategies. This is a senior leadership role focused on developing and executing a comprehensive program roadmap while ensuring alignment and accountability across the organization.
Responsibilities
Define the Enterprise Strategy: Drive the enterprise-wide strategy for data center migration, consolidation, and cloud adoption, aligning our technical roadmap with long-term business goals
Build the Program, Don't Just Run It: Develop and own the comprehensive program roadmap, business cases, and financial models to justify and track our transformation
Lead Program Governance: Establish and lead a robust governance framework (steering committees, workstreams) to ensure alignment and accountability across the entire organization
Own Execution and Delivery: Oversee the end-to-end execution of the migration program, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources with minimal disruption to the business
Manage Financials and Vendors: Own the entire multi-million dollar program budget, from forecasting to tracking. Lead contract negotiations and manage key vendor and cloud provider relationships
Be the Executive Communicator: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program communications, building strong relationships and delivering clear updates to C-suite and business leaders
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in IT Project/Program Management, with a deep background in data center operations, network engineering, or enterprise systems
10+ years of experience in a formal Program Management role, with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex enterprise-wide technology initiatives
7+ years of direct, hands-on experience planning and executing large-scale data center migrations, consolidations, or cloud transformations
Extensive experience in a senior leadership role, with demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate at the executive level
Deep understanding of data center infrastructure (power, cooling, networking) and application migration methodologies
A 'builder' mindset and a 'startup mentality' – you are here to build the function, not just operate in a pre-defined one
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong financial acumen and experience managing large, complex budgets
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
Preferred
PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (highly desirable)
Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Certified Data Centre Project Management (CDCPM)
Familiarity with ITIL framework
